Beardly Brands is a creative agency, a trade name of LĂPUȘCĂ A. VALENTIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (Tax ID 50475200, Romanian Trade Register no. F2024007265008), specialising in social media management, graphic design, web design and photo/video production, with professional headquarters in Oradea, Bihor County, Romania.

A detailed description of services, deliverables and commercial terms is set out in the individual agreement signed with each client. Prices shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Beardly Brands or its licensed partners. Partial or total reproduction without written consent from Beardly Brands is prohibited.
Work delivered to clients is governed by the individual agreement: usage rights are fully transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
4. Limitation of liability
Beardly Brands is not liable for indirect commercial results or loss of profit beyond the contract value. Maximum liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the relevant service.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise jurisdiction lies with the courts of Oradea, Romania.
